Logically i know animals seek high ground around earthquakes, i know our cats + dog all wake up at the same time and get unsettled, the cats end up on top of the pantry (highest point in the house they can get to). My brain struggles to say im experiencing a similar thing bc of years of being told im wrong about experiences + having low interoception. But like, itd make sense if it was the same thing.

@Expsys@corteximplant.com I believe you Please don't let interception problems be a reason to not trust your body. I've personally experienced things with my body that "aren't how that works." Especially western science just hasn't caught up yet to where holistic body science was 1000 years ago, and there's so much that we're (re) learning and finally spreading understanding about.
