the linux kernel 7.2 series, as run on fedora 44, remains an unmitigated disaster when it comes to amdgpu regressions, ranging from an inability to put the system to sleep entirely, to breaking the discrete card handling on wake-up.
and if both fedora and linux kernel weren't so invested in using LLMs, i would perhaps take my time with proper documentation of my issues.
however, as things are, i can't be really sure that the regressions won't be back in any of the upcoming version, and i'm old, tired, and frankly prefer playing baldur's gate 3 over talking to potentially LLM-pilled developers.
