@lianna@micro.webgarden.click @davidgerard@circumstances.run @zzt@mas.to @duke_of_germany@mastodon.gamedev.place Not to belittle Kenney's achievements, but let's keep in mind that one can be an asshole drinking the slop koolaid and also have previously made major contributions to an industry. I don't know how much George contributed to Duke or Triad, but those did contribute a lot to the industry's earlier days and it's little point trying to deny someone's achievements because they happen to be an asshat now.
