@KevinFreitas@mastodon.social oh this is fun, it would work well for tagging things that other people put out too. We have a local "clean up week" that ends up with lots of stuff on the curb. You can add East Grand Forks, MN and Grand Forks, ND if you'd like.

@mburtonkelly@scholar.social My city has a network of Signal groups: one for the city-at-large, one for each neighborhood, and then each of those has a corresponding buy-nothing group. if you dm me on signal I can try (no promises) to find some of the standard messages that are used to orchestrate these groups: stewards post routine messages to keep the groups aligned and cross-referenced and such. I think I'm emsenn.44 on signal
