Going live on PeerTube in a few minutes! https://tv.dyne.org/w/qNptn9nxRydPPMqPr4Ui9p This time I'll be doing something different from my usual Emacs Reader or Canvas project. I'd be exploring to use and modify some exciting Emacs packages that help in creating a development environment that doesn't require LSP. Namely, I'm going to try out and showcase CEDET packages (Semantic, EDE, etc.)

@pkal@social.sdfeu.org Hello Philip, I'd like to suggest ECB (Emacs Code Browser) to be moved to ELPA. It is a fantastic package (as I showcased in the stream) and very much compatible with CEDET. I'd even say we should have it in core, but maybe later. On a related note, what is your and overall emacs maintainer's opinions on CEDET? Would they accept patches for adding support for new languages?
