To the men around me, especially in the Blender community: watch this talk by Jo Franchetti. It's impressive. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXL6K1lhvt0 I've certainly bit my cheek after saying "guys" to a group of mostly women and thought "I have to do better". But there's so much more to her story, I found it shocking. It definitely motivates me to keep my eyes open to what goes on around me even more. #b3d #blender3d #WomenInTech
