Good morning, a morning of love, despite everything that has been broken within us. Our hearts are heavy with pain, our souls are fragile, as though they can no longer bear any more loss, and our eyes can scarcely stop weeping. And yet, life still surprises us with little moments that restore some of our faith in it: a sweet little girl trying to live, and flowers blooming defiantly amid the rubble, as if whispering to us that destruction is not the end of the story. Amid all this pain, I realize that hope can come from a fleeting encounter, from a little heart that still dares to dream, and from a flower finding its way toward the light despite the weight of the stones. Perhaps wounds cannot prevent life from blossoming, and perhaps love can grow in the most painful of places, just as flowers rise from among the ruins.
