I found Strange Bedfellows by Rob Byrnes to be a very entertaining novel. Grant Lambert and Chase LaMarca are partners in life and crime. As life partners they've done pretty well, having been together for 18 years. As partners in crime they may leave a bit to be desired. In this story the boys are hired to retrieve an embarrassing photo that a political candidate posted on twitter.(Let's just say the photo left nothing to the imagination) Despite a few snafus they manage to carry out the task only to be double-crossed. Then the real fun starts.

Straight Lies by Rob Byrnes is another entertaining novel featuring partners in life(and crime)Grant Lambert and Chase LaMarca. In this one Grant gets wind of a sex tape involving Romeo Romero, a moderately talented actor who has built a successful 40 year career on the basis of being one of the first actors in Hollywood to openly admit he's gay. There's only one catch. Romeo is in reality straight as an arrow, which the tape in question will clearly demonstrate. All the boys have to do is get their hands on the tape and sell it back to Romero. Not surprisingly that proves to be much more difficult than it sounds.
