@lambdacalculus@masto.hackers.town I got this vibe when he collabed with Linus Tech Tips some months ago. LTT built him a PC and basically the whole goal was llms and compile times. They talked about ai a fair amount in the vid and Torvalds had nothing but good things to say about ai iirc.
